To proceed with tracking your order from Davaindia or any branded medicine, please provide the same information you submitted at the time of placing your order.

Steps to Track Your Order:

1. Click on “I Accept” below.

2. Enter the following details:

   • Full Name

   • Mobile Number

   • Order ID

   • Order Amount

   • Delivery Partner (optional)

   • Tracking ID

   • Email Address

Response Timelines:

• If your request is submitted outside delivery team hours, tracking information will be sent to you within 36 hours.

• If your request is submitted during delivery team hours, you will be automatically connected to the New Patidar Medical Stores AI Assistant. A human agent will join the session within 5 minutes to assist you in real-time.
