With a requirement of 1000 to 2000 sq ft, minimum investment and a good ROI ratio the model is a winning formula. With the response received for being a COCO store retail partner we look forward to deep penetration across the Indian terrain.
The stage has been set to support this expansion plan with various initiative integrating technology with minimal human intervention. To begin with a complete paper less enrolment process for on-boarding of new retail partners. This ensure a complete transparent and hiccup free sign up where the partner are also aware of the status of documentation and the store location is blocked from day one with the integrated mapping.
A fully automated ware house with 9 lac sq ft storage capacity coming up in Surat will also ensure a prompt and error free dispatch as there will be least human intervention and going forward have similar set up in all the 4 zones of the country to have a direct dispatch of product to the retail partner without intervention of stockist or a distributor. This means max gains for the customer and retailer, availability of all items and prompt response and above all transparency as you are connect with the company directly without any intermediate.

The concept of ATM _ Any Time Medicine. A complete self-dispensing medicine vending machine. The initiative with will introduced home town Surat at the COCO store in PAL and will have a 24 x7 access for customers. To begin with in the initial stage only OTC products are dispensed, but going forward will start dispensing medicines as well.

As I travelled across the length and breadth of the country back in the 80’s and 90’s, something struck me really hard that saddened me; it was the plight of people who could not afford healthcare or even basic drugs.
Quality healthcare even today continues to be simply unaffordable in India due to very high cost of Branded medicines; which is why a large part of the society except the affluent class is marginalised from access to quality healthcare.
So, I made a decision, to do my bit - to make healthcare affordable for all. Even in the smallest of towns, cutting across class and community.
This decision was the birth of davaindia.A dream and decision that awaits to be fulfilled. Currently, with over 300 Pharmacies I have just made a start. However, there is many a mile to go before this becomes ‘mission accomplished’.
