Products that require storage at cool temperatures are also non-returnable.

Medicines from DavaIndia, once the bill has been generated, are non-returnable and no exchange is allowed.

Delivery Charges and Pickup

Delivery charges must be paid by the user. We make every effort to ship parcels at the lowest possible rate.

All delivered items are non-returnable for both Generic and Ethical medicines.

Pickup Policy – DavaIndia Medicines

Customers must collect their parcel within 3 days. If this time limit is exceeded, the user will be permanently blocked.

Pickup Policy – Ethical Medicines

Customers must collect their parcel within 3 days. If this time limit is exceeded, the order will be cancelled for the first three occurrences. If the customer cancels again after three cancellations, the user will be permanently blocked.

Points to Remember While Placing an Order

When placing an order for DavaIndia or Ethical medicines, it is necessary to read and follow the procedures mentioned.

If a customer does not follow the required procedures, they may face inconvenience. The customer’s account may be blocked, or the order may be cancelled for not complying with our Terms & Conditions.

Service Update

We are accepting orders from the public of India only, not from any organization. Bills will be issued in the customer’s name only and not in the name of any organization.
